About Us

To adapt to the development of the metal industry and enhance the quality of castings and forgings, our company was founded at its current location in 1973. In the early stages, we independently developed and produced low-frequency induction melting furnaces (crucible type), supplying the casting industry with molten FC and FCD.

In 1974, we successively introduced low-frequency brass melting furnaces and brass rod heating furnaces.

In 1975, we collaborated with Fuji Electromagnetic Industries Co., Ltd. of Japan to expand the production range of induction furnaces and improve production quality

In 1976, the first set of MG-type high-frequency induction melting furnaces was produced.

In 1977, Mr. Hiroshi Kurai was dispatched by Fuji Electromagnetic Industries Co., Ltd. of Japan to Taiwan for long-term residency at the plant, serving as both a designer and technical advisor [he returned to Japan in 1987]. In the same year, the first set of triple-frequency induction melting furnaces was produced.

In 1979, the first set of silicon crystal SCR high-frequency induction melting furnaces was introduced.

In 1980, to enhance the quality of copper rods for the brass rod industry, we independently developed a front half continuous casting machine for industry use.

In 1983, in line with the government’s promotion of industrial automation production, high-frequency induction heating furnaces and fully automatic feeding equipment were introduced.

In 1985, to conserve energy, we independently developed low-frequency groove-shaped induction melting furnaces.

In 1991, we developed and introduced energy-saving, high-capacity high-frequency induction melting holding furnaces.”

In 1996, we introduced a computer-human interface automatic control system, simplifying operations and providing customers with an energy-efficient and productive management monitoring system.

In 1999, we were honored with the UL-ISO9002 international quality certification from the United States and launched a horizontal continuous casting machine.

In 2001, we successfully developed an upward continuous casting machine.

Throughout these long years, all of us have worked together tirelessly, continuously researching, developing, and improving, striving for higher efficiency, energy savings, cost reduction, and zero defects in Five Power products. We would like to express our gratitude to the industry for their support, which has enabled Five Power products to achieve a market share of over 60% in the domestic market and be exported to countries such as Japan, mainland China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Nigeria, South Africa, and Mexico.

In the future, we will uphold our original intention, continue to strive for progress, and eagerly await guidance and support from the industry. Thank you!
